RESERVE YOUR SEATS AHEAD OF ARRIVING TO OUR LOCATION EVENTS OR SERVICES

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I plan to attend services at an Inspire Location?

Visit our Reservations Page to reserve seats for you and your family, for the service time you are attending. Seating is limited for each service in order to abide by the social distancing guidelines. Let’s all do our part and keep church safe for everyone. We ask that you and your family wear a cloth face covering or mask. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to check-in and find your seat before service begins.

What happens once I arrive?

When you arrive, please check-in at the church entrance where your temperature will be taken before you make your way to your seat in the sanctuary.  Please do your best to maintain a 6-foot safe distance as you move through and sit in the environment. Family members may sit together.

Will there be an Inspire Kids Program for my children?

Inspire Kids, JRHI and SRHI programs are now available!

If you choose to bring your children along in the sanctuary, it is recommended by the CDC that children over 5 years of age wear a mask, but we understand it is hard for some young children to do so. Please provide your child with a quiet activity (ex: coloring books, Ipad w/ headphones, books etc…) so they can be occupied during the message portion of the service.

If your child continues to be restless, parents will be advised to sit in the Family Area (ex: crying, talking, playing). This is to ensure that all parties are provided with the best experience while receiving the word.  Please be gracious to one another.

What precautions are the church taking to provide a safe environment?

We are taking every precaution as prescribed by the CDC to ensure that Inspire Church is safe, secure and spacious for you and your family. We have already taken measures to sanitize our buildings in Waikele and Mililani with state of the art dry fog technology. All areas/surfaces will also be sanitized before and after services.

Those that are most vulnerable with pre-existing conditions, low immunity or health that is compromised, we ask that you watch us on-line.  We don’t want you to feel pressured to be ‘in-person’ at church.

If you have had any of the following symptoms this week, please worship with us online:

  • Fever Over 100

  • Cough or

  • Sore Throat

  • Shortness of Breath

  • Any flu-like symptoms

  • Contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days)

Will restrooms be available?

Yes our restrooms will be open for service attendees and our cleaning team is following CDC disinfectant protocols. We ask that you do your part in maintaining social distancing should there be a line to enter, use sanitary seat covers and wash hands thoroughly.

Will online-church still be available?

Our online services will remain available with various options to attend. You can view our online service times at: www.inspirechurch.live  Inspire will continue to provide quality online services each week.

What will parking look like at service?

Parking will remain the same, however reserved stalls will be available for First Time attendees and for anyone needing assistance. Shuttle service will not be available at this time because of limited space to allow proper social distancing.

It’s my first time, what should I expect?

Waikele:

When you drive into the parking lot, flash your headlights when you see our parking attendant. This will inform them that this is your first time and they will be happy to direct you to a reserved stall just for you. After parking your car, one of our team members will be happy to lead you to the entrance to our temperature scanning station and check-in area. From there, they will help you find your seat in the sanctuary.

Mililani + Honolulu:

After parking your car, we ask that you and your family head to our check-in area. Our friendly greeters outside our building will be able to show you the way. Let our team know it is your first time visiting and they will assist you to ensure your experience is a memorable one.
