Election Day USA

Praying for the electoral process is our first step in seeing the fulfillment of 1 Timothy 2:1-2. We need to be obedient in prayer before our leaders are selected. We want to invite God into the process of electing those leaders who will ultimately allow us to lead “peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness”.

“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. (1Timothy 2:1-2 NIV)

Join us in prayer for 15 days through, “Pray.Vote”

Amen.

Heavenly Father, today is Your special day. Today is the day that we all celebrate your Will that is being established in the land. Your Will is being witnessed by all  of us today, and we honor those now that are in our authority. Let us not stop praying, even after the “amen”. We will still passionately cry out to You over any issue  or situation we may find ourselves  in, and we ask again, for Your Will to be done. We thank you for intervening in this electoral process and seeing that godly leaders have been established. We know that You have heard our prayers of intercession for the past 15 days and we are so  humbled in Your answers. Thank you, God, for hearing our prayers and being in the midst of this election season.   All glory, honor, and praises go to You, Abba Father. Amen. (Heb. 13:17, Ps. 34:17, Ps. 145:19, Matt. 21:22)
