Praying for the electoral process is our first step in seeing the fulfillment of 1 Timothy 2:1-2. We need to be obedient in prayer before our leaders are selected. We want to invite God into the process of electing those leaders who will ultimately allow us to lead “peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness”.

“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. (1Timothy 2:1-2 NIV)

Revival, Spiritual Awakening

Lord, we pray for another Great Awakening to sweep across our nation. Bring revival to the Church around the world by setting hearts on fire by the power of the Holy Spirit. May Your Word be boldly proclaimed to many nations and that many come to know your son, Jesus Christ as Lord. Touch the hearts of the lost and use our Pastors in mighty ways through technology and online platforms. Kindle the fire of revival in our hearts and around the world with humility and a contrite heart. Amen.
