Praying for the electoral process is our first step in seeing the fulfillment of 1 Timothy 2:1-2. We need to be obedient in prayer before our leaders are selected. We want to invite God into the process of electing those leaders who will ultimately allow us to lead “peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness”.

“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. (1Timothy 2:1-2 NIV)

Join us in prayer for 15 days through, “Pray.Vote”

The Vulnerable

Lord, we lift up those in our nation that are vulnerable  and needy.  There is such a great need in this world today for Your hand of provision.  We pray that You will  deliver those that are in poverty. We pray for those that are physically disabled, that they will get the help they need to live in dignity. We also pray for all those in all abusive situations and for the victims of sex trafficking, that you would help them escape. We ask that our federal and local governments address these issues in productive, sustainable ways.  We pray for every person that is in need today, open the door of provision to them now and give them a way out of their current situation. Amen. (2 Cor. 9:8, Phil. 4:19)
